About the Firm

We are a dedicated team of experienced lawyers specializing in all areas of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, property litigation, tenancy disputes, consumer protection, product liability, tort claims, volume claims, and debt recovery. About the Role

Located in our recently renovated open-plan office in central Newcastle, this role offers challenging and rewarding responsibilities, including:

1. Representing claimants and defendants in various commercial disputes.
2. Managing volume claims for large clients.
3. Keeping clients fully informed about costs and risks associated with their cases.
4. Promoting the firm and actively engaging in business development activities.

About You

• You must be a qualified Solicitor or hold a Fellowship Grade from the Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with litigation experience (both claimant and defendant).
• You should be a strong team player capable of working independently to expand our client base in the North region. Excellent organizational and collaborative skills are essential.
• Enjoying a challenge and managing multiple cases efficiently, including delegating tasks when appropriate, is important.
• Flexibility to occasionally travel to our Stockton office, in line with business needs, is required.
