Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. in Edinburgh is seeking a Solicitor specializing in Employment law for NQ to about 3 years PQE, with at least one Employment seat. You will join a growing team and work closely with Partners, gaining early responsibility.

Solicitor - Employment (NQ to 3 years PQE)

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 plus Benefits

An exciting opportunity to join a growing Employment team within a well established Scottish law firm, working closely with the Partner as the team continues to develop.

This is a relatively lean team and means the successful candidate will have direct access to the Partners, early responsibility and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the team's growth.

The role is open to candidates from NQ upwards with at least 1 seat in employment law.

The Opportunity

The team handles a broad range of contentious and advisory work, with a particular focus on employment tribunal litigation with more than half of the workload involving defending a major public sector organisation in employment tribunal proceedings.

About You

The ideal candidate will be from NQ to around 4 years PQE. Incoming NQ's should have at least one seat in Employment and are keen to build their career in the area.
