Lawfront (Lawfront Group Limited) in Southampton is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 1-3 PQE to join our well-regarded Corporate Team. You will handle a varied caseload of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and joint ventures, for a diverse client base from local businesses to national brands.

• 1–3 years' post-qualification experience within corporate law.
• Strong academic background and solid technical knowledge.
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
