Ellis Jones Solicitors LLP in London or Bournemouth is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ to 5 years’ PQE) to join our growing Dispute Resolution team. The role can be at Solicitor/Associate level, with Senior Associate considered for the most experienced candidates.

You will manage your own caseload on a broad range of commercial disputes—shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, property, regulatory matters and high-value litigation—while

Solicitor/Associate (NQ-5 Years' PQE) Civil & Commercial Litigation - Bournemouth or London

We are seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx), from NQ to approximately 5 years' PQE, to join our growing Dispute Resolution team in Bournemouth or London. The role can be offered at Solicitor/Associate level, with more experienced candidates considered for Senior Associate appointment.

The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in advising on a broad range of commercial disputes, including:

• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Debt recovery and enforcement
• Property and land disputes
• Regulatory matters
• High-value and complex litigation

You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision whilst also supporting partners on larger and more complex matters.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong technical and drafting skills
• Enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
• Is commercially aware and solution-focused
• Has a genuine interest in dispute resolution and ADR
• Is keen to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious team
