We are looking for a Solicitor (1‑3 PQE) to join our national employment team and work with us on the extensive range of services we provide.
The role will involve working on a range of complex contentious and non‑contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of complex employment tribunal claims, high‑profile cases, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues with a focus on healthcare legislation.
The national team is headed up by Andrew Davidson who is a leading lawyer with many years of experience across the public sector, more specifically the NHS. You will be able to gain an insight into all aspects of both contentious and non‑contentious employment work and have a real opportunity to develop your career with Hempsons.
This role can be based in either our Manchester, Harrogate or Southampton offices.
