Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Reading is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our established Real Estate team. You will handle a varied caseload for prestigious clients across the public and private sectors, focusing on high-value property transactions and development matters.

You'll work in a supportive, ambitious environment with hybrid working (typically three days in the office) and clear opportunities for technical development and career progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Strong drafting skills and client care.
• Excellent communication; commercially aware and organised.

The Opportunity

Our client, a highly regarded full-service law firm, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its established Real Estate team in Reading.

The team acts for an impressive client base including developers, investors, banks, commercial occupiers, local authorities and telecoms operators, advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value matters, develop your technical expertise and build long-term client relationships within a supportive and ambitious team.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced colleagues on a varied caseload, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Commercial leases and property agreements.
• Mixed-use development and site development matters.
• Acting for developers, investors, landlords and occupiers.
• Public and private sector property transactions.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters while also supporting senior fee earners on larger transactions.

About You

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
