Job summary

Synergy Personnel Services is seeking a qualified Family Law Solicitor to join a specialist firm on the outskirts of Leicester. You will manage a diverse caseload including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and adoption, providing expert advice and compassionate support to clients.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience in Family Law, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' experience in Family Law.
• Strong knowledge of family law principles, legislation and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and empathy for clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.

Located on the outskirts of Leicester, them are committed to providing comprehensive and personalised legal services to their clients. They are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law solicitor to join their small but dynamic team.

THE ROLE

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be:

• Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including, divorce, child custody, financial settlements, domestic violence and adoption.
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex family las issues.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, petitions, anc court filings.
• Representing your client in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in family law legislation and precedents.

ABOUT YOU

For this role, you need to be a qualified Solicitor with no less then 5 years experience of working within Family Law. You will have a strong knowledge of family law principles, legislation and procedures, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills. Finally, it is imperative that you have the ability to empathise with clients and provide compassionate support during difficult times.
