Job summary

Headhunter Legal & Professional Ltd is partnering with a client in Manchester to recruit a motivated Litigation Paralegal. The role covers Commercial and Real Estate Litigation, including cross-border matters.

It’s not a backfill, as the prior paralegal has moved to a training contract and the team seeks a hands-on, technically strong candidate. Initially, the role is office-based with a transition to hybrid working after 4–6 weeks as you acclimate.

• Strong academic record.

• Cover Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation; cross-border/multi-jurisdictional disputes.
• Gain hands-on experience under senior team members during the initial period.

Job description

We are currently partnered with one of our fantastic clients that are currently looking to add a motivated Litigation Paralegal to their team. Although a relatively small team from the outside looking in they certainly punch above their weight.

This isn't a backfill due to turnover - the previous Paralegal has moved onto a training contract after a successful tenure with the firm, creating a rare opening in the team.

This position would be to cover Commercial Litigation, as well as Real Estate Litigation; giving you a broad array of work. The team represents commercial businesses & individuals, which includes UHNWI. Matters also cover cross-border/multi-jurisdictional disputes.

The firm are looking for someone with prior Litigation experience in a reputable firm, with strong academics.

The team allows Paralegal's to be very hands on so the successful candidate will gain fantastic experience under the stewardship of talented senior team members.

After the first 4-6 weeks you can expect to move to a hybrid working arrangement, once acclimated with the team etc.
