Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited in central London seeks a Commercial Litigation Paralegal with at least 12 months experience to join a multi-discipline commercial law firm. You will work across a broad spectrum of matters including breach of contract, debt recovery, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and insolvency litigation.

You must have a minimum of 12 months experience supporting fee earners on contested matters through various stages of the litigation process, including

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience supporting fee earners on contested litigation.
• Experience across stages from pre-action to proceedings and enforcement.
• Ability to assist solicitors with case management and drafting.

• Assist solicitors with management of commercial litigation matters from instruction through to settlement.
• Prepare pre-action correspondence and support issued proceedings.

A new position has arisen in central London for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal with at least 12 months expeirence at this multi-discipline commerical law firm.

You will be working across a broad spectrum of litigation matters to include breach of contract, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and insolvency litigation etc.

You must have a minimum of 12 months experience of supporting fee earners on contested matters through various stages of the litigation process, including pre-action work and issued proceedings. Your role will involve assistingsolicitors with the management of commercial litigation matters from initial instruction and pre-action correspondence through to proceedings, settlement, and enforcement.
