Job summary

Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established Manchester law firm to recruit a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to a broad range of property disputes, with supervision as needed.

The ideal candidate is a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ–1 PQE) with an interest in property litigation, capable of drafting documents, managing files and advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified solicitor with an interest in property litigation.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with supervision.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters with appropriate supervision.
• Advise clients on commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
• Assist with lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture proceedings and possession claims.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings and witness statements.
• Support senior solicitors on complex property disputes and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a well-established law firm in Manchester that is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor with an interest in property litigation to develop their expertise, work alongside experienced legal professionals and gain exposure to a broad range of property disputes.

Location: Manchester / Hybrid Working

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Experience: Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ–1 PQE)
