Job summary

SSQ, a leading London disputes practice, is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–4 years' PQE to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation team. The role offers early responsibility, direct client exposure and involvement in the lifecycle of complex disputes, from strategy through to trial preparation and advocacy support.

A leading London disputes practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–4 years' post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation team.

The Role

The successful candidate will work as part of an established disputes team advising a broad range of clients on significant commercial litigation matters. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters.
• Advising clients on a wide range of complex commercial disputes.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications and other court documents.
• Conducting legal research and preparing strategic advice.
• Assisting with trial preparation and attending hearings where required.
