Job summary

Fox Red Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our Residential Property team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional client service while upholding high professional standards.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of residential property law, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to business development and client

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently from inception to completion.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet file management standards.
• Achieve billing and performance targets as agreed with management.
• Support and mentor junior fee earners, trainees and support staff where appropriate.
• Contribute to business development activities and help maintain strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing exceptional client service while maintaining high professional standards. About the Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing exceptional client service while maintaining high professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently from inception to completion.
• Handle a range of matters including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build purchases
• Shared ownership transactions
• Right to Buy matters
• Lease extensions and variations
• Conduct title investigations and review property searches.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related legal documentation.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers and other solicitors.
• Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and risk management procedures.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet all file management standards.
• Achieve billing and performance targets as agreed with management.
• Support and mentor junior fee earners, trainees and support staff where appropriate.
• Contribute to business development activities and help maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Minimum 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (ideally)
