The position centres on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities law, including Judicial Review proceedings, litigation risk, and the statutory framework governing education and children's services. You will advise officers and senior managers, draft documents, and represent the Client in SEND disputes.

Solicitor needed in Bournemouth, £40ph PAYE - Reference: 5304050

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) law, particularly in relation to Judicial Review proceedings, litigation risk, and the statutory framework governing education and children's services.

The successful candidate should ideally be able to provide clear, practical legal advice to officers and senior managers, manage complex and sensitive cases, draft legal documents and correspondence, and represent the Client's interests in high-profile SEND disputes.

This is afull time role on atemporary contract basis
