The firm are seeking a dedicated Child Care Solicitor to join their growing family department, handling both fee-paying and publicly funded matters. CHILDCARE SOLICITOR: You will succeed in this role if you combine legal expertise with empathy, resilience and a client first mindset. With strong communication and advocacy skills, you will be confident in managing a caseload independently, show excellent organisation and attention to detail and demonstrate a proactive approach to personal development and compliance. You will manage your own caseload of care proceedings, working closely with clients, colleagues and external agencies to deliver excellent outcomes.

You will also support the wider team by mentoring junior staff and contributing to the department’s continued growth. Running care related cases allocated by the Head of Department/Partners. Ensuring client work is progressed efficiently with clear communication on costs and progress. Advocating for clients in court and at key meetings.
