Job Description for Litigation Solicitor

Signatus is recruiting a litigation solicitor on behalf of a specialist firm of Plaintiff Personal Injury solicitors based in Belfast. Our client is considered an expert in their field, offering an excellent opportunity to join their team in a permanent role.

Your role:

You will join a medium-sized, reputable team of litigation solicitors. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of PQE in a PI role, with experience handling matters such as Personal Injury, RTA/Trips/slips/OL/EL, and ideally some medical negligence cases. You will manage your caseload at all stages of litigation in both county and high courts, assisting or leading complex cases depending on your expertise, with some supervision from partners.

You should be familiar with case management systems, able to meet tight deadlines, and committed to excellent client care.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary ranges from approximately £30,000 to £55,000+ per annum, negotiable based on experience, along with standard company benefits. The role is primarily office-based in the city centre, with options for remote work, particularly for experienced practitioners.
