Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Scotland is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (2-8 years’ PQE) to take ownership of a varied caseload in Edinburgh, handling wills, trusts, executries, estates and succession disputes. You will work directly with clients and other advisers to provide practical, commercially focused advice.

Qualifications

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE.
• Strong experience in contentious private client work and litigation.

• Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Looking to build a specialist career in contentious private client work?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established independent Scottish law firm in Edinburgh and take ownership of a varied caseload, working on complex and sensitive matters involving wills, trusts, executries, estates and succession disputes.

The role would suit a Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE who is keen to develop their expertise, work closely with clients and play an active role in the continued growth of a specialist private client practice.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload involving wills, trusts, executries, estates and succession disputes
