Job summary

Invictus Group on Oxford Street is seeking an Electrical Engineer to act as Sole Site Engineer, running day-to-day site maintenance and delivering reliable electrical and building services support.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-5, with overtime and occasional shutdowns. You will supervise contractors, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, ensure health and safety standards, and report issues to the client and site management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in building services.
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPM and reactive maintenance on site.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate with the client.
• Maintain health & safety standards and report issues to site management.
• Ensure service levels are met and communicate updates to client staff.
