Job summary

Randstad CPE is partnering with a large facilities and maintenance company to hire an experienced electrical maintenance engineer for a static site near Oxford. The role is Monday to Friday on-site, with a salary up to £40,000. OT available and a range of benefits.

You will perform all PPM and reactive works, ensure compliance, manage CAFM/Concept systems, and keep detailed site records. DBS and 18th edition are required, driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required.
• 18th edition.
• 2391 Test and inspection is highly desirable.
• Experience working within occupied offices.
• Driving Licence.
• Must be able to obtain DBS.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all PPMs and reactive works on site.
• Ensure work aligns with task schedules and industry best practices.
• Maintain compliance and follow industry best practices.
• Monitor main plant and equipment within buildings.
• Maintain professional image and promote services.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage site processes.
• Maintain site logbook and paperwork up to date.
• Oversee on-site CAFM and Concept systems and complete tasks within SLA.
• Resolve client issues without disrupting business.
• Be prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for emergencies.
