Job summary

A prominent facilities management company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the maintenance of a commercial site in the Barbican area. The engineer will be responsible for both scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance, maintaining electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have qualifications in Electrical Installation and strong fault-finding skills, capable of working independently and building client relationships.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certified.
• Solid experience within commercial building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver both scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across the building.
• Maintain and fault-find on lighting systems, power supplies, and emergency lighting.
• Provide a professional, customer-focused service through regular client interaction.
