Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects, with a focus on Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will manage projects from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering Solar PV and/or BESS projects from construction through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, risk management, and EPC coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction and delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Manage all phases of project execution, including planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities between EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout project delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits and chair construction progress meetings.
• Review and approve contractor methodologies, schedules, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risk registers, budget forecasts, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and claims resolution.
• Support commissioning activities and ensure successful handover to operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, grid operators, and key project stakeholders.
