Job summary

Trade Recruit is recruiting on behalf of a well-established renewable energy business in High Wycombe for a Solar Sales Consultant. You will meet homeowners, conduct in-home surveys, and guide customers through the sales process to recommend solar PV and battery storage solutions.

A strong track record in sales and renewable energy knowledge is essential. You’ll receive pre-arranged appointments, training at Head Office, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record, targets achieved.
• Good technical understanding of solar PV and battery storage.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to homeowners clearly.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-arranged customer appointments, typically 2-3 per day.
• Conduct in-home technical surveys to assess solar suitability.
• Present tailored solar and storage solutions and close sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers through consultative sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up communications.
