Job summary

Allen & York Ltd. in Manchester is seeking two Solar Sales Executives to join a growing renewable energy business. You will meet homeowners in their homes, deliver consultations and presentations, and tailor solar packages to each customer.

You must have at least 2 years' residential sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a full UK driving license. This is a target-driven role with clear career progression and on-site client visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales.
• Proven ability to sell face-to-face and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and professional.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meeting homeowners to discuss benefits of solar energy solutions.
• Conducting in-home consultations and presentations.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solar packages.
• Building trust and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
• Managing opportunities through the CRM system and maintaining records.
• Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets.
• Representing the business with professionalism and integrity at all times.
