Job summary
HVAC Recruitment is recruiting for Solar PV Roofer / Solar Panel Installer to join a fast-growing domestic renewable energy business in the UK. You will join a team installing roof-mounted components of domestic Solar PV systems, working alongside qualified electricians.
A full UK driving licence and a track record of installing domestic Solar PV systems are essential. This permanent role offers a basic salary of £38,000–£40,000, significant overtime opportunities, a company vehicle, 30 days
Qualifications
- Experience installing domestic Solar PV systems.
- Experience fitting solar panels, rails, brackets and mounting systems.
- Confidence working safely on domestic pitched roofs.
- Knowledge of working at height and site safety.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Positive attitude and pride in workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install Solar PV mounting systems and roof brackets.
- Fit rails and Solar PV panels to domestic pitched roofs.
- Work safely at height.
- Collaborate with Solar PV Electricians to complete installations.
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards.
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
- Complete installation documentation where required.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship on every installation.
