Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Roofer/Solar Installer to join a Hampshire-based renewable energy installations specialist. The role focuses on roofing for Solar PV on mainly domestic properties and includes mounting panels, wiring DC cabling, and trunking to fit layouts.

You will work across Hampshire, including Southampton and Portsmouth, with training provided if solar PV experience is not already held. A company van and overtime are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Qualified roofer or Solar PV installer
• CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Live commutable to Southampton/Portsmouth/Hampshire area
• Training provided – solar PV experience not essential

Responsibilities

• Responsible for roofing side of Solar PV installations on residential properties
• Mounting and stringing of solar PV panels
• Installing DC cabling and trunking to the required layout
• Working throughout Hampshire and surrounding areas like Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham
