Job summary

Octopus Energy is expanding its Solar PV installation team across the UK. We’re looking for a Roofing labourer/roofer’s mate to support the installation team, move materials, run cables, and assist the Electrician on Solar installations.

London weighting applies if living near the M25. You’ll bring proven experience on slate/tile pitched roofs, knowledge of roofing materials and safety practices, and the ability to work at height.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofers labourer/Roofers mate.
• Experience working on slate/tile pitched roofs.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques & safety practices.
• Experience working at height.

Responsibilities

• Movement and handling of materials; assisting the Electrician in Solar installation.
