Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. As a key member of our installation team, you will ensure high-quality and customer-focused solar PV installations for residential and commercial projects, including flat and pitched roofs. You will work closely with our skilled Solar PV electricians, traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England.

Your responsibilities include maintaining high health, safety, and quality standards, and promoting a positive safety culture. Working with our Installations Manager, you will also help train and develop Solar PV Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we prioritize clear expectations and constructive feedback to support your growth, avoiding micromanagement and excessive KPIs.
