Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installer as a Lead Solar PV Installer, based in our Glasgow office and covering Scotland.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. As a key member of our Solar PV installation team, you will ensure exceptional quality and customer service for new build residential and commercial solar PV installations, including both flat and pitched roof installations. You will collaborate with our skilled Solar PV electricians, traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England to complete installations.

Your responsibilities will include adhering to the highest health, safety, and quality standards and actively participating in fostering a positive safety culture. Working alongside our Installations Manager, you will also contribute to the training and upskilling of Solar PV Installation Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we focus on clear expectations and feedback to help our team members grow and develop, rather than imposing endless KPIs or micromanaging.
