Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Lead Solar PV Installer based in our Glasgow office, covering Scotland. We are the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installer.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. You will ensure high-quality installations and excellent customer service for residential and commercial solar PV projects, including flat and pitched roofs. You will work with our skilled Solar PV electricians and travel across Scotland and occasionally Northern England.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the highest health, safety, and quality standards, fostering a positive safety culture, and contributing to the training and upskilling of Solar PV Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we prioritize clear expectations and constructive feedback to support team growth, avoiding micromanagement and excessive KPIs.
