Job summary

ASA Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Regional Estimator for a growing renewable energy business. The role is home-based with travel to sites and a national remit, potentially expanding regionally as the business grows.

You will produce accurate tender costings, work with contractors and maintain visibility across the project pipeline. Responsibilities include handling tender requests, interpreting drawings, applying pricing frameworks, and coordinating with solar and roofing contractors to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical estimating and Solar PV estimating.
• Ability to interpret drawings and numerical information.
• Experience with tendering processes and pricing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Producing accurate and timely project costings.
• Reviewing tender information and technical drawings.
• Applying pricing frameworks, rates and commercial requirements.
• Working with house types and new-build development information.
• Liaising with solar and roofing contractors.
• Following up quotations and tracking tender outcomes.
• Identifying project start dates and successful contractors.
• Maintaining project and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Supporting forecasting and wider commercial planning.
• Collaborating with commercial, design and technical teams.
• Managing multiple live quotations and deadlines.
