Qualifications

• Experience within an estimating, commercial, or construction-related role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical project information.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, and PQQs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project estimates for solar farm and construction works.
• Use internal software to develop cost plans and pricing schedules.
• Review tender documents and manage pre-construction enquiries.
• Obtain and assess supplier quotations for compliance and value.
• Support value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities.
