Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Foreman / Supervisor to join a Solar PV installation team in Chester. The role combines hands-on site work with office-based technical support, overseeing electricians and engineers on-site.

You will carry out electrical installations across Solar PV, Battery Storage and Renewable Energy projects, inspect and certify work, conduct quality audits, and assist with system design and project planning. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise electricians on site and sign off works.
• Experience with Solar PV, Battery Storage and Renewable Energy systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support electricians and engineers on-site.
• Carry out electrical installation work across Solar PV, Battery Storage, and Renewable Energy projects.
• Inspect, test and certify electrical work to standards.
• Conduct quality audits and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Provide technical guidance to field and office teams.
• Complete site surveys and assist with system design and planning.
• Source materials and equipment for projects.
