Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman / Supervisor to join a client specialising in Renewable Energy projects across Solar PV, Battery Storage and related systems. The role combines hands-on site work with technical support.

You will supervise electricians and engineers on-site, carry out installations, inspect and test work, and assist with project planning. A full UK driving licence and 18th Edition are essential; progression into management is offered.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrician with 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 and AM2.
• Experience supervising electrical installations and teams.
• Knowledge of Solar PV, Battery Storage and Renewable Energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support electricians and engineers on-site.
• Carry out electrical installation work across Solar PV, Battery Storage and Renewable Energy projects.
• Inspect, test and certify electrical work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct quality audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Provide technical guidance and support to both field and office teams.
• Complete site surveys and assist with system design and project planning.
• Source materials and equipment for projects.

About Us

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Foreman / Supervisor to join one of our clients who specialise extensively within the Renewable Energy sector.

Our client deliver high quality installations across Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pump and Air-conditioning systems, dealing with both residential/domestic and commercial customers.

The Role

This is a varied position combining hands-on site work with office-based technical support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support electricians and engineers on-site.
• Carry out electrical installation work across Solar PV, Battery Storage and Renewable Energy projects.
• Inspect, test and certify electrical work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct quality audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.

• Commutable to Chester / South Cheshire or Shropshire.
