Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrician for Central Belt installations across Scotland and the UK. You will install, test and commission Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV charging and ASHP electrical systems with emphasis on safety and quality.

Role requires NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 or equivalent, ECS/JIB Gold Card, full UK licence and at least three years' experience. Company vehicle, pension and OT bonuses on offer.

Qualifications

• Essential NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations are required.
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
• ECS/JIB Gold Card is essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Minimum three years' electrical installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and safe isolation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, test and commission Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and ASHP electrical systems.
• Complete AC/DC wiring, inverter installation and consumer unit upgrades.
• Carry out inspection, testing, fault finding and certification per BS 7671.
• Maintain digital job records, certification and QA documentation with photos where required.
• Liaise with customers, site teams and project managers for successful delivery.
• Support fellow workforce with high safety and workmanship standards.
