Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Electrician for Central Belt projects across Scotland and the wider UK. The role covers Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV charging and ASHP electrical systems with a focus on quality, safety and compliance.

You will work in dedicated installation teams delivering high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, BS 7671 knowledge, and a valid UK driving licence, with experience in industrial

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
ECS/JIB Gold Card.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Minimum three years' electrical installation experience.
Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and safe isolation procedures.
Comfortable using tablets or digital job management systems.

Responsibilities

Install, commission and test Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and ASHP electrical systems.
Complete AC/DC wiring, inverters, consumer unit upgrades and associated electrical works.
Carry out inspection, testing, fault finding and certification in accordance with BS 7671 and relevant industry standards.
Accurately complete digital job records, certification and quality assurance documentation, including photographic evidence where required.
Liaise with customers, site teams and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and workmanship, supporting labourers and apprentices where required.
