Job summary

Sigma Group in Castleford is seeking an experienced Solar PPM Project Manager to oversee national solar PV maintenance programmes. You will coordinate engineers and subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive KPI delivery, client liaison, and continuous improvement while supporting a high-performing Building Services team in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience PM within Building Services or Renewable Energy sectors.
• Experience delivering PPM contracts.
• Budgets and subcontractor management experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety legislation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and delivery of national solar PV maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors across locations.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards are achieved.
• Review maintenance reports and performance data.
• Manage budgets, PO processes and supplier invoices.
• Prepare quotations for remedial works and identify opportunities.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular updates.
• Produce KPI dashboards, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and share knowledge with the team.
