Job summary

Enlist Solution is recruiting a Solar O&M Engineer for a site-based role across utility-scale solar PV plants in the UK. The role involves supervising subcontractors, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring safety and compliance on all sites.

You will perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and travel as needed to multiple solar farms, with a focus on reliability and efficiency of PV systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and HSE/environmental safety.
• Familiarity with energy markets and market procedures.
• Proven experience with large-scale solar PV systems.
• Experience working independently without close supervision.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Solar O\&M Engineer

Job Description:

Location: No fixed location, travel

This is a hands-\s on role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multi-\MW solar farms PV systems. Skilled and experienced Solar O\&M Engineer to conduct maintenance inspections and remedial work to operational solar PV systems.

Site-based role performing supervision and overseeing direction of the project, managing the contractors and day-to-day site management of the repairs, revamp/upgrade, repowering and maintenance duties on utility scale solar plants.

Requirements

• Subcontractors' supervision experience.
