Job summary

Enviromena is seeking a Solar O&M Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain solar PV systems on-site across nationwide projects in the UK.

You will carry out regular inspections, respond to faults, and support commissioning activities while adhering to health, safety and environmental policies. The role is site-based, involves travel Monday to Friday, and offers training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning and maintenance of solar PV systems.
• Adherence to electrical safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults within solar PV and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance per site schedules.
• Respond to emergency maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Compile detailed maintenance reports and troubleshooting results.
• Assist with commissioning of new solar PV systems.
• Ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently.
