Job summary

Renewable Energy Company is seeking a Service Engineer to install, commission and maintain solar PV systems across West Yorkshire. You will travel to customer sites, perform fault-finding and diagnostics, and provide technical support to customers and installers.

Full UK driving licence required, with a company vehicle and ongoing training. The role offers £45,000–£55,000 plus a 10% annual bonus, plus progression and company benefits as part of a rapidly growing renewable energy business.

Qualifications

• Experience installing solar PV systems or battery storage equipment.
• Strong electrical knowledge and safety awareness.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain solar PV systems on customer sites across the West Yorkshire patch.
• Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics on solar systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and installers.
• Complete electrical testing and ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel to sites using a company vehicle and manage your diary.
