Job summary

So Energy in London is seeking a Solar & EV Delivery Advisor to coordinate installation briefs, interpret survey data, and manage customer communications for Solar PV, EV Chargers, and battery storage projects. This hybrid role focuses on delivering excellent customer outcomes while balancing commercial needs.

You will liaise with customers and partners, create final designs, and oversee logistics to ensure a smooth install experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Ability to interpret survey data and design briefs.
• Strong IT literacy and CRM experience.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service with high quality.
• Interpret data from partners to understand installation needs.
• Create installation briefs for installers and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with Distribution Network Operator applications.
• Provide technical advice via phone and email.
• Ensure installations are completed to a high standard.
• Manage customer queries and updates on installation journey.
• Support PO management and month-end checks.
• Collaborate to meet sales targets.
• Use CRM platforms to drive performance.
