Solar PV Estimator – Rooftop & Ground Mount (Up to 70MW)

Exeter or Leeds (Hybrid working considered)

Full-Time | £35,000 – £45,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Solar PV Estimator looking to work on high-impact renewable energy projects? TQR is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading name in the renewable energy sector, known for delivering large-scale solar PV systems across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Reviewing project plans, specifications, and site assessments for rooftop and ground-mount PV systems.
2. Preparing accurate cost estimates covering materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
3. Collaborating with engineering and project teams to develop optimal system layouts and bills of materials.
4. Conducting site visits (where required) to assess project-specific conditions.
5. Sourcing and evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotes.
6. Supporting business development and sales teams with technical input and bid documentation.
7. Producing client-facing proposals and tender submissions.
8. Maintaining up-to-date cost databases and estimation tools.
