Job summary

GOLDBECK SOLAR is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager to support our Regional Center Western Europe in all sales activities and provide guidance on legal and contractual matters during development, tender, and execution phases of our projects.

You will act as the interface between sales, project teams and internal/external legal advisors, negotiating complex EPC contracts and developing templates to minimize risk in a fast-growing energy business.

Qualifications

• Completed degree with a legal focus or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• German language skills are advantageous.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to draft and revise contracts and templates with the legal team.
• Independent, proactive and result‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts during tender phase, focusing on EPC contracts.
• Draft and revise contracts and standard templates with legal dept.
• Prepare risk assessments and defend against third‑party claims.
• Develop processes to minimize project risks.
• Interface between sales, project teams and legal advisors.
