GOLDBECK SOLAR is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager to support our Western Europe region in all sales activities, advising on legal and contractual matters during development, tender, and execution of projects. The role requires a strong legal background, excellent English, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and project teams.

You will draft contracts, assess risks, and deliver trainings while representing the company in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience negotiating and drafting EPC and related project contracts.
• Strong ability to interpret complex contracts and provide practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Review, comment on, and negotiate contracts during tender with focus on EPC.
• Draft and revise contracts and standard templates with the legal department.
• Prepare risk and opportunity assessments for tender stage.
• Develop and refine processes to minimize project risks.
• Manage third-party claims and defend against counterclaims.
• Support administration of contracts and legal proceedings/arbitration.
• Deliver training on tender and project-related legal topics.
• Interface between sales, project teams, and internal/external legal advisors.
