Job summary

Belectric Inc. is hiring a Project Manager in Brinkworth, England, to oversee projects for solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS). The role demands strong project management and stakeholder communication skills while ensuring project delivery aligns with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction activities for solar farms and/or BESS sites.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize workload effectively.
• Experience working on solar or BESS sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of Project work through all stages including quotation, approval, scheduling.
• Develop relationships with quality sub‑contractors, managing their site works.
• Support the planning and execution of corrective works following major plant failures.

Skills

Knowledge of CDM / HSE requirements

Lifting Procedures

Strong communication and stakeholder management

Budget / cost management experience

Experience managing sub-contractors

Education

Project management qualifications (i.e. Prince 2)

Relevant safety qualifications such as IOSH or SMSTS
