Job summary

Belectric UK are seeking an experienced Additional Services Delivery Manager to lead upgrade, repair and remediation works across solar farms and BESS sites. The role is home-based with regular travel to sites and requires extensive hands-on solar energy experience.

You will manage a programme end-to-end, coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and OEMs, and ensure safe, on-budget delivery in line with CDM/HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Experience on solar or BESS sites, ideally utility scale.
• Knowledge of CDM & HSE regulations.
• Budget and cost management experience.
• Strong programme planning and scheduling skills.
• Contract management experience.
• Experience managing sub-contractors.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute upgrade, repair and remediation works across solar farms and BESS sites.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
• Manage project pipeline from quotation to invoicing, including planning and execution.
• Forecast long-term resource demand and address imbalances.
• Develop and supervise subcontractors and manage site works.
• Ensure safety, quality and warranty claims per BELECTRIC standards and contracts.
• Coordinate with OEMs, DNOs and contractors to support delivery.
• Prepare tender documents and procurement for project needs.
• Produce and update Project Plans and handovers.
