Job summary

BELECTRIC UK is seeking an experienced Additional Services Delivery Manager to lead and deliver O&M projects across a portfolio of solar farms and BESS sites. The role combines home-based work with regular travel to sites and requires hands-on expertise in solar energy to drive upgrades, repairs, and remediation programs.

You will coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with CDM/HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in solar energy or BESS.
• Strong budget and cost management experience.
• Solid programme planning and scheduling abilities.
• Contract management experience.
• Experience managing sub‑contractors and suppliers.
• Familiar with CDM & HSE regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute upgrade, repair, and remediation works across solar farms and BESS sites.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
• Manage end-to-end project stages: quotation, scheduling, planning, execution, and invoicing.
• Forecast and balance long-term resource demand and supply.
• Develop and manage relationships with quality subcontractors and suppliers.
• Produce and maintain a consolidated Project Plan with costs, materials, and timelines.
• Ensure delivery in line with contracts, BELECTRIC standards, and HSQE requirements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and approve scope changes with clients.
