BELECTRIC UK | Member of Elevion Group is seeking an Experienced Additional Services Delivery Manager to lead O&M projects across a portfolio of solar farms and BESS sites. The role is home-based with regular site travel and offers up to £55,000 salary.

You will drive upgrades, repairs and remediation works while interfacing with clients to ensure safety, quality and performance. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on solar energy experience, strong programme planning and vendor management

Qualifications

• Experience on solar or BESS sites, ideally utility scale.
• Knowledge of CDM and HSE regulations.
• Budget and cost management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage upgrade, repair and remediation works across solar farms and BESS sites.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress.
• Control project costs, schedule and quality in line with contracts.
