Job summary

Hexwired Recruitment Limited is seeking a Software Verification Engineer in Bristol to help verify and validate a new portfolio of regulated products. The role involves working on HIL testing for mission-critical systems and contributing to a world-class R&D team.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electronics or Embedded Systems, 3+ years of software testing experience, and familiarity with embedded C. Some semi-remote work arrangements are possible.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems or similar.
• 3+ years commercial Software testing experience.
• Experience testing regulated products (aerospace, automotive, etc.).
• Experience building test cases.
• Previous Embedded C experience.
• Realtime environment experience desirable but not essential.

Software Verification Engineer - Bristol - £65k - Semi remote

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a highly successful Electronics Manufacturer in Btistol who are now seeking a Software Verification Engineer with solid experience working on regulated products to help verify and validate a brand new portfolio of products.

The company are rapidly expanding due to successful investment as well as partnerships with several multinationals in their sector. You will be part of a world leading R&D team developing ground breaking solutions.

As a Software Verification Engineer, you will be working on HIL testing for regulated products.

Key Skills:

• Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems or similar


• 3+ years commercial Software testing experience


• Good commercial experience testing Mission critical products (Aerospace, Automotive etc)


• Good experience building Test cases


• Previous experience working on Embedded C


• Any experience developing in Realtime environments is highly desirable but not essential
