Job summary

ZEISS is seeking four Software Testers to join its software development team, supporting imaging and microscopy solutions used by researchers and industry worldwide. You will design, execute, and maintain test plans, performing manual and automated testing of Windows desktop applications while collaborating with engineers to improve test frameworks and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in Software Tester, QA Engineer, or Software Quality role.
Experience testing Windows-based software applications.
Knowledge of automated testing tools and methodologies.
Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain software test plans and test cases."
Perform manual and automated testing of Windows desktop applications.
Validate software releases for new and existing products.
Carry out installation, deployment, compatibility, and integration testing.
Identify, investigate, and document software defects.
Work closely with software developers and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
