Job summary

ZEISS is seeking a Software Tester to join a cross-site, multi-functional team working on our ZEISS Microscopy imaging software on a modern Windows 11 platform. You will be responsible for testing and validating software for new product development and to support existing products using modern technologies.

The role involves testing in complex Windows environments, and requires experience with test automation, C# or other programming languages, and familiarity with Visual Studio and Git.

You’ll be working alongside a cross-site multi-functional team working on our ZEN and SmartSEM Electron Microscope imaging software product on a modern Windows 11 based platform at_ ZEISS Microscopy Ltd _. We are looking for multiple _ Software Testers _ to be responsible for testing and validate software for new product development and to support existing products using modern technologies.

Software testing in complex Windows environments

Experience with test automation (essential) and C# or other programming languages

Hardware and software integration testing

Deployment, installation and compatibility validation

Windows desktop application behaviour and troubleshooting

Visual Studio and Git proficiency

Knowledge of AI-assisted development and testing tools
