The opportunity:

We are looking for experienced Software leaders to join our well established software community as the Radar programmes grow and enter a crucial phase, developing complex functionality.

What you’ll do as the Radar Software Team Lead:

• Regular 121’s and performance reviews to support their career growth
• Coach the team in Agile and Scrum
• Improve the day-to-day efficiency of the team, acting as an escalation point to remove blockers
• Own the performance metrics for the team
• Support the work, showing a grasp of the work that is being done by the team and an ability to step in and technically support when required.

What we need from you:

While we understand that the perfect candidate doesn't always exist, we really need the following experience:

• Team leadership experience
• Product Owner and/or Scrum Master experience, preferably certified
• Come from a technical software background, preferably using C++, or similar, with OOD (Object Oriented Design) techniques.
• Experience of full software lifecycle documentation artefacts.
